Terraced limestone steps glide down to the water, inviting passers-by to pause, picnic or spectate impromptu performances while river traffic drifts past.
At street level the roof reads as a slender copper shell hovering among plane trees, its profile deliberately modest against Paris’ historic cornices.
Below, the structure unfurls into fluid concrete arches and floor-to-ceiling glazing that mirror the river’s curves and catch shifting reflections of sky and city.
